Community Workout Programs
This page is a directory of community-inspired and widely known programs you can import into Re:Do. These packs are meant to be practical: a clean structure you can customize and repeat.
If you want Re:Do-built starter packs, go to Quick Start Workout Programs.

How import packs work
Each program page includes an Import link that opens Re:Do on the import screen. You can still edit the workouts after import: swap exercises, change sets, adjust timers, and re-schedule.
Think of these as templates. The best program is the one you can repeat without friction, so feel free to simplify: remove slots you cannot do yet, reduce sets, and build back up when training becomes consistent.
What these programs are (and what not)
- It is: a growing index of recognizable structures you can import quickly.
- It is not: a replacement for the full original guides and wiki text.
- Goal: give you a clean starting routine inside Re:Do, then let you customize.
How to pick a program
Most people do not need a “perfect” plan. They need a plan that is easy to repeat, easy to adjust, and easy to track. When choosing an import pack, pick the structure that matches your constraints:
- Equipment: bodyweight only, minimal gear, or gym/barbell access
- Time: a routine you can finish on your average day (not your best day)
- Frequency: a weekly rhythm you will keep for months
- Skill level: variants that let you scale down and still follow the same structure
After import, treat the pack like a starting draft. In Re:Do you can keep the overall order but change the exercises, rename slots, or remove sections that do not fit yet.
Why “community” programs can help
Well-known routines tend to solve the same hard problem: they give you enough structure to progress without forcing you into a rigid calendar. They also make it easier to find examples, explanations, and variations (because many people have tried the same structure).
Re:Do's goal is to keep that structure usable: plan it, schedule it, execute it in a player, and keep the log clean. The pack gets you the skeleton; your consistency and gradual edits make it yours.
Import checklist
After you import a pack, a fast way to make it “yours” is:
- Rename the routine to match your goal (e.g. “Full body 3x/week”).
- Swap any exercise slot you cannot do yet for an easier variation.
- Reduce sets until you can complete the whole session consistently.
- Schedule it on days you realistically train, not days you wish you trained.
FAQ
Do I need to follow the schedule exactly?
No. Import the pack and choose any repeatable rhythm (for many people: 2–4 days/week). The schedule is a default, not a rule.
Can I swap exercises?
Yes. After import, edit like any other routine: rename, replace movements, adjust sets, and change timers.
Is this the same as coaching?
No. These are program templates. If you want a coach to distribute programs to clients, see For coaches.
Will more programs be added?
Yes. This page is meant to grow over time as we add more community-inspired packs.
Where are Re:Do-made programs?
Those live in Quick Start Workout Programs (Starter Programs inside the app).
